Services

Kurtz Cleaning offers a variety of cleaning packages to fit your needs.  We have cleaning packages for everyone, whether you're looking for a regularly scheduled full home cleaning or just to have someone come in to straighten things up a little.  We will create a custom cleaning package that fits your specific needs.

Below you will see a list of the things we do in every room of your house.  The specifics can be tailored to your needs.  Make sure you take a look at our additional services as well.

Kitchen Cleaning

  • Sweep/vacuum & mop floor

  • Wipe down & disinfect sink, faucet, and backsplash

    • Dishes washed for an additional fee

  • Empty trash upon request

  • Wipe down appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave)

    • Interiors cleaned upon request

    • Oven deep cleaning for an additional fee.  (This may require 2 different cleaning sessions depending on regular maintenance and age of appliance. There may be permanent wear and spots that do not come off.)

  • Wipe down cabinet exteriors, doorframes, & switchplates as needed

  • Dust baseboards

  • Wipe down table & chairs

  • Wipe down & disinfect countertops

Bathroom Cleaning

  • Scrub, wipe down, & disinfect toilet

  • Replace & hang clean towels if provided

  • Scrub & disinfect tub and/or shower, rinse thoroughly

  • Clean & disinfect sink and faucet

  • Clean & disinfect counter top (remove and replace all items)

  • Wipe down cabinet exterior as needed

  • Dust baseboards

    • Light fixtures dusted upon request

  • Sweep & mop floor

    • Walls can be washed for an additional fee

  • Clean mirror

  • Empty trash

Bedroom Cleaning

  • Make beds

    • Linens changed for an additional fee

  • Vacuum or sweep floor

  • Picture frames and baseboards dusted

  • Dust furniture tops and underneath

  • Windowsills wiped

  • Doors and switchplates wiped down

  • Clean mirror if present

  • Empty trash

  • Ceiling fan dusted upon request

    • Height restrictions apply

Living Room Cleaning

  • Floors swept or vacuumed

  • Upholstered furniture vacuumed (additional fee may apply)

  • Pillow/cushions fluffed and straightened

  • Table tops wiped down

  • Obvious trash thrown away

  • Any dishes found will be placed in sink

  • Baseboards dusted

  • TV & TV stand lightly dusted

  • Empty trash

  • Ceiling fan dusted upon request

    • Height restrictions apply​
